The first Play phase is intended as a warm up to get soccer ready. As players arrive, have them simply play 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, etc. until all are there.


The Practice phase is broken into 3 parts. There is a core activity that you should try first. If the activity is too easy, notice there is a more difficult activity. If the activity is too hard, note there is an easier activity. All 3 of the activities can be used if you like. Each is based on one topic.


The final Play phase is to play the game...as close to how you will on game day.


These sessions can be used in any order, but we have them listed in an order we feel is best for most players.
